Privacy Policy
Peza AI is a job-search agent. To do that job we handle personal information, resumes, application history, outreach messages, and account details. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have. This document is maintained by Peza AI and is intended to answer common privacy questions. It isn't legal advice.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (your resume, profile fields, job preferences, messages you draft or approve), information generated by using the product (match scores, application status, agent activity, in-product events), and technical data (device, browser, IP address, cookies used to keep you signed in and to measure usage).
2. How we use your information
We use your information to run Peza AI: match roles, generate tailored resumes and cover letters, submit applications you approve or that fall under your autopilot rules, send outreach on your behalf, follow up, prepare you for interviews, and provide analytics inside your account.
We also use aggregated, de-identified data to improve our matching, resume-scoring and outreach models. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing
We share information with sub-processors that help us operate Peza, cloud hosting, transactional email, payment processing, and AI model providers under contract. Where you configure integrations (your email account for outreach, ATS platforms for applications), information required to complete those actions is shared with those services under your instruction.
4. Retention
Account information is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time; when you do, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons.
5. Security
We use industry-standard controls: encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, audit logging, and third-party penetration testing. No system is perfectly secure, and we'll notify affected users promptly of any incident that materially impacts their data.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to certain uses. You can exercise these from your dashboard or by emailing privacy@peza.ai.
7. Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies (to keep you signed in and remember preferences) and privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the product is used. We do not use advertising cookies.
8. Children
Peza AI is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes to this policy
When we make material changes, we'll notify you in-product or by email before they take effect.
