Terms of Service

You need an account to use Peza. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials safe, and for actions taken from your account.

Don't use Peza to send spam, impersonate anyone, fabricate credentials, harass, scrape at abusive scale, or violate any law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Peza can send applications and outreach on your behalf. By enabling any automation, you authorize Peza to act within the rules you configure. You remain responsible for the messages and applications sent from your account. You can pause or disable any automation at any time.

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you select until you cancel. Cancel any time from your dashboard; you retain access through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You own the content you upload (your resume, messages, notes). We take a limited license to host, process and display it to run the product for you. Generated content, tailored resumes, cover letters, outreach drafts, belongs to you.

Peza integrates with third-party services (email providers, ATS platforms, AI model providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We aren't responsible for their content, availability, or behavior.

Peza is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, threaten platform integrity, or create legal risk.

We'll notify you before material changes to these terms take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
