Peza AI exists because job searches are broken. Endless boards, generic resumes, black-hole applications. We're rebuilding the whole pipeline around one job-seeker-owned agent.

Every founder of Peza has been on the wrong side of a job search, sending fifty applications a week, following up with people who never respond, tweaking the same resume for the hundredth time. It's demoralizing work, and worse, most of it is repetitive.

LLMs finally made this problem solvable. Not by writing "let me help you improve your resume" chatbot messages, but by owning the whole loop: discovery, tailoring, submission, outreach, follow-up, prep. That's what Peza is.

The bet is simple. If we take the grind out of the search, more people find the job that actually fits, sooner, with less stress, without the resume compromises. That's worth building.
